House Rules
1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. 2. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted anywhere on the property, guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $700 charge this rule is not followed. 3. No parties, events, pets or fireworks allowed on the premises. 4. The max # of guests at the property cannot exceed the # on the reservation without approval. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 5. Excessively dirty units will result in an additional cleaning fee, supported by photos. Guests are responsible for any damages over $100. If failure to follow house rules causes a refund or discount to another guest, those costs will be charged to the responsible guest. 6. Guests are encouraged to purchase rental insurance for accidental property damage that may occur. If damages are over the coverage amount, guests will be held financially responsible for the full extent of damages. 7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM in respect of other neighbors. 8. No glitter or confetti is allowed on property and if violated, there is a $500 additional cleaning fee assessed to cover the extensive cleaning needed to remove from property. This will be closely monitored after glitter related events in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. 9. Pool rules for the Community Pool are posted in the pool area & all must be followed. 10. There is a 2 car maximum and no trailers, boats or RVs are permitted. HOA does not allow street parking. 11. And finally, HAVE FUN!!! ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. RULES ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool or bay area. ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring, sunless tanning and other products that could stain linens. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. ✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation. NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed. PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on. RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy. SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property. NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area. WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds.
